I’ve been listening to Xavier for over 20 years and seen him play countless times, but this was on another level. The sunsets, the music, the people, the energy — just magic.

Sharing it with my whole family and closest friends in Fiji made it even more special. The Fijian people were incredible, the resort was unreal, and every moment felt like pure connection.

A lifetime high. Couldn’t fault a thing — I’d do it all again in a heartbeat.

I mean, can you really beat small laid back crowds, great tunes, gathering at sunset, surrounded by nature in one of the most beautiful locations with a cold drink in hand?

Most of my memories attached to the music was from before I had my family, it was so nice to see people from all walks of life, but it was especially beautiful for us to have this experience as a family and let the kids run free. I now have so many new memories attached to the songs.

It’s not often your sipping a bev, watching your children play on the beach with Xavier Rudds kids, listening to him sing while the sun sets into a crystal blue ocean. Sounds ridiculous because it was! We loved it so much and came back hearts and heads full of joy, not only from the music but because of how and where it all took place. A stunningly beautiful location and infectious joy and happiness of the the Fijian culture left us full of joy and wanting to return.

Resort service and accommodations were 1st rate

Overall coordination by MIP team was good.

Only two other comments:

1) Our private (Platinum) transport from the resort back to the airport was not arranged and did not show up (Confirmed by the resort and Tewaka). As a result we needed to hitch a ride back to Nadi on a bus with some of the other guests. Certainly not the worst outcome, but worth noting nevertheless.

2) We do not have social accounts. As such we cannot access the community photos. MIP should be able to provide a way for those who do not use Facebook/TikToc/Instagram, etc to access these pictures. There are several applications that can do this, Photo-circle, etc.

If you’re looking for the perfect combination of music, location, and unforgettable memories, Music in Paradise event is asolutely it.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning tropical backdrop of crystal clear waters, lush gardens and a resort that felt like a slice of heaven. The Fijian International Resort was not just a place to stay, it was an experience in itself. The staff were warm and welcoming, the accommodations were lovely and the whole atmosphere had that laid back island magic that instantly makes you feel at peace.

Then came the music. Seeing Xavier Rudd live in such an intimate and breathtaking setting was something truly special. His energy, connection with the audience, and powerful message through music and stories created a vibe that was both uplifting and deeply moving. It wasn’t just a concert, it felt like a shared spiritual journey at sunset and under the stars.

The Music in Paradise event was incredibly well organized, with a perfect balance of live performances, downtime to explore or relax, and opportunities to connect with others. I made some amazing new friends from around the world and the sense of community really amplified the whole experience.

Overall, this trip was unforgettable. If you’re someone looking to enjoy music in one of the most beautiful places on Earth, this is something you need to experience at least once. Great music, amazing people, paradise setting and the amazing MIP Team — what more could you ask for?

I’ve seen Xavier perform many times at many different venues but nothing comes close to matching the beauty , the vibes , the energy that was created in Fiji at the incredibly beautiful Intercontinental Resort . I will forever cherish the experience, definitely one of the best weeks of my life , renewed energy and amazing new friends made. Can’t recommend a Music in Paradise event enough ❤️️❤️️

A trip of a lifetime! The Music in Paradise team from start to finish were brilliant and well organised. Everything went very smoothly.

The people of Fiji are just so special, and the accommodation, service, food, sunsets, weather was perfect! I could go on and on!

Meeting Xavier was extremely special – his music is full of emotion, and this was a trip our family will cherish forever. We will be back on another MIP trip for sure!

Last week felt like a dream come true, surrounded by my loved ones in a breathtaking location, all while experiencing the magic of my favorite musician’s live performances. It was an extraordinary blend of joy, music, and cherished memories.

From inception to completion, this may have been the most wonderful live music, all inclusive, like minded, friendly group of lovely humans I have been blessed to share a week full of passionate music loving souls that fulfilled all the promises of a bucket list dream one could experience! Very grateful to have been apart of this most magical week of Xavier’s intimate 3 concert series and Music in Paradise’s spectacular offering of a blissful week of accommodation here in Fiji! This is definitely a NOT TO BE MISSED lifetime experience! Overwhelmed with gratitude! Honestly even if you are just considering going on one of these trips, do it. My partner and I legitimately had one of the best weeks ever. The music in paradise team were all extremely helpful and the events were all very well organised. A week in the sun, cocktails, swimming, delicious food and music on the beach? What more could you ask for.

Imagine being on a tiny island surrounded by your favourite musicians and a group of people who love them too. Everywhere you look is a dream come true. Crystal blue water, white sand, palm trees, beautiful flowers, great food, excellent service. Snorkelling 50 metres from your cabin and seeing tropical marine-life right at your door step. The band members were my neighbours. One was right next door. 3 spectacular, intimate shows unforgettable settings. Some of the best nights of my life.

If I had used my wildest imagination to create a dream holiday, I wouldn’t have pictured this. It was everything I could have hoped for and so much more. Worth every single cent. Would do it all again in a heartbeat.

The MIP team and fantastic, resort staff are simply wonderful, the resort was spectacular and the music was mind blowing.

This was our 3rd trip with MIP and 2nd to our bucket list destination, what more can I say actions speak louder than words.

This was our first family overseas holiday all together and it was such a beautiful time together. We enjoyed every minute of all the shows with Xavier Rudd. We loved the intimacy of the shows and the fact that we were able to enjoy an overseas holiday at the same time. This was our first international vacation with our children and it simply could not have been better! The location was amazing, the people were as kind as we’ve ever met, and the music was perfect.
